Bio: Please see more on the bio section of my website! I am so excited to be sharing my work here. I am here to be of service through the crafts and tools I have collected to support resources for becoming more at home in our bodies and greater lives across all spectrums of being. My 2020 doctoral capstone in the science acupuncture and classical Chinese medical text translation was focused on developing concrete theories of understanding and techniques for working with human bodies beyond binary constructs that often limit the scope of care possible. I have continued to develop this work in my individual practice and am developing practitioner education coursework to expand these paradigms. The potential ways we can grow and expand into ourselves when attune more deeply to the reality of ourselves is powerful!
